As a UPMC for Life Complete Care (HMO SNP) member, you can save on many healthy food items that you purchase every day. To get started, activate your card and register your online account below.

Choose from the highest quality store brands and brand names that you know and love. With your Healthy Food Card program, you can shop for a variety of healthy foods throughout the grocery store. Items that do not qualify are non-food and pet items, alcohol, baby formula, candy, chips, coffee shop items, desserts, fresh baked goods, soda and tobacco.
You will receive your allowance on the first day of each quarter. Your unused allowance will roll over to the next quarter, and your entire remaining allowance will expire on December 31, 2021.

How to use your Healthy Food Card

Your Healthy Food Card can help you make good choices at the grocery store.
Buying fresh fruit and vegetables can help you get the nutrition you need.

View Healthy Food Card Balance

Once you're logged in, your account balance is listed at the top of the My Account page.

Your allowance will be loaded onto your card on Jan. 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct. 1. You must use all of your allowance by Dec. 31, 2021. Any remaining amount left on your card will be lost after this date.

Find a Store

Use the Store Finder to discover where you can shop using your Healthy Food Card.

You can shop with your Healthy Food Card at any of these participating stores: Acme, Food Lion, GIANT, Giant Eagle, Martin's, Walgreens, Walmart and more. Participating stores are subject to change.

Shop

You may use your Healthy Food Card to buy fruit and vegetables, meats and seafood, dairy products, soups, healthy grains, pantry staples and more. Log in to your program website or reference your welcome materials for more information on eligible items.
