How It Works
Just for you
With Healthy Benefits+™, you get an allowance to spend on thousands of lower-priced OTC products, saving you more and making your benefits go further! You can use your benefits to purchase OTC items including allergy medication, cough drops, first aid supplies, oral care, pain relievers, vitamins and more!
Using your OTC benefit is simple. You get to select from two easy ways to shop - online or over the phone. It's that easy!

How to shop with your OTC benefit

View Benefit Balance
Once you're logged in, you can easily find your account balance listed at the top of the Benefits tab.

Browse Products
You can browse thousands of products on the website under the Benefits tab. You can also use your catalog to view eligible products.

Shop
You have two easy ways to shop: online or over the phone. Best of all, all shipping costs are waived for members and will not be deducted from your OTC benefit balance. They are fully covered by your health plan at checkout.

Order online
To order online, you can explore thousands of approved over-the-counter health products on the website. After browsing, click Buy Online and you will be automatically transferred to Walmart.com to build your basket and complete your purchase. If you don't have a Walmart.com account, you can create one or checkout as a guest.
When you're ready to checkout, select the Gift Card option for payment and enter your 17-digit account number and 4-digit security code that's on the back of your OTC card. Once you apply your OTC benefits, all shipping charges will be removed from your order regardless of your order total thanks to 100% shipping coverage by your health plan. You may notice a delivery charge in email correspondence from Walmart under your Order Summary but rest assured, all shipping costs are waived for members.
