With Aetna Better Health of Kentucky Alternative Pain Management, you receive funds to use on variety of personal or therapeutic services such as massages, dry needling, chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga and more at any provider that accepts Visa®. Your funds will automatically be available to you on the Alternative Pain Management card you received in the mail. Funds expire after one year.
To get started, activate your card by calling 1-855-256-4620 (TTY: 711). To view your funds, use the Quick Balance Check.
